The invention relates to a multi-layered, biaxially-oriented, shrinkable and sealable tubular film for the packaging and wrapping of meat, meat with bones and paste-like foodstuffs and use thereof. Said tubular film, preferably with five layers, comprises an inner layer made from at least one co-polyamide and at least one amorphous polyamide and/or at least one homo-polyamide and/or at least one modified polyolefin, a middle polyolefin layer and an external layer made from at least one homo-polyamide and/or at least one co-polyamide and/or at least one co-polymer of ethylene vinyl alcohol and/or a modified polyolefin. Between the inner layer and the middle layer and between the middle layer and outer layer are two bonding layers. Said film exhibits a significantly improved sealing durability, even at low sealing temperatures and a high puncture-resistance.
