摘要 A method for pre-treating heavy metal elements is provided to analyze a trace amount of the heavy metals contained in an electronic ceramic composition for a motor constantly and accurately. A method for pre-treating heavy metal elements for analyzing a trace amount thereof comprises the steps of: (a) after adding an acid to a sample, mixing and agitating, putting the mixture in a pressure container; (b) applying microwave to the pressure container at a temperature of 100-250 deg.C under a pressure of 5-100 bar; (c) after cooling the pressure container and dismantling the pressure container, obtaining a mixture sample; (d) after mixing the mixture sample with an acid and H2O2 and bathing it at a temperature of 30-100 deg.C, adding DDTC and an ammonium citrate solution thereto and then adding an organic solvent thereto; (e) fractionating the organic solvent layer and drying it; (f) after adding an acid to a dried material obtained from the step(e), dissolving it at a temperature of 100-250 deg.C and cooling it; and (g) diluting a material obtained from the step(f) with deionized water, wherein the heavy metal element is selected from the group consisting of Pb. Cd, Cr, Hg, As, Sn, As, Ba, Zn, Bi, Ni, Co, Mn, V, and Se. Further, at the step(d), a pH of a mixture produced when mixing the mixture sample with the acid and the H2O2 is 3 to 6.5.
