A jig for setting a center roller of a sliding door for a vehicle is provided to set the setting position of the sliding door by adjusting a setting bolt before the sliding door is installed in a vehicle. A setting jig includes a jig member(1), a housing(3), and an adjustment unit. The jig member has a cylindrical shape. The jig member inserts a setting bolt(55) of a center roller. The housing sticks to the side surface of a fixing bracket(52). The housing has a setting rod(2) inserted into a bolt hole of the fixing bracket so that the position of the setting rod is restricted. The adjustment unit is installed in the housing to move the position of the jig member. The adjustment unit includes a guide unit to guide the movement of the jig member and an adjustment bolt(5) screwed with a bolt hole so that the jig member moves.
