DUAL-SWITCHED-MODE POWER SUPPLY OF AN AUDIO FREQUENCY ELECTRICAL JOINT APPARATUS

A dual SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply) for a jointless track circuit rack is provided to transmit a state of an SMPS such as output voltage and current to a computer of a control room in real time by installing a data transmitting unit in the SMPS. A dual SMPS(100) for a jointless track circuit rack includes two SMPSs(110A,110B). Each of the SMPSs includes a power supply processing unit(114) and a load dividing unit(116). The power supply processing unit is installed inside the rack to supply power to a transmitter and a receiver. The load dividing unit processes load power outputted from the power supply processing unit for each SMPS. The dual SMPS further includes a switching unit(120) to switch the load dividing units so that the other normal SMPS independently supplies the load power in failure of one SMPS.
