A welding machine with a porous material is provided to flow clean air only into the case by filtering alien substances contained in air flown into a case, and cool parts more effectively by using air flown into the case. A welding machine with a porous material comprises: a case(110) having parts mounted on an inner part thereof; an exhaust fan mounted on one side of the case; and a housing(130) which is mounted on the other side of the case, which functions as a passage such that air outside the case flows into the case through the passage, and in which a porous material(150) is housed, wherein a rear end portion of an inner peripheral surface(137) of the housing positioned toward an inner part of the case is curved to a predetermined radius of curvature to flow a vortex flow in the air exhausted into the inner part of the case. The housing has a plurality of porous mediums(150a-150c) with different porosities housed and disposed to gradually decrease porosities of the porous mediums in the direction that the outside air flows into the case.
