A system and a method for managing secretary business are provided to increase efficiency of the secretary business by providing correct information quickly, as the secretary business is automated by integrating directory and schedule management functions to a contact management program. A network interface module(103) exchanges data with a member authentication management server. A notice/schedule managing module(107) stores contact, directory, and schedule management information, and displays the stored information if necessary. An additional service provision managing module(109) informs a user of the contact, directory, or schedule information through an SMS(Short Message Service) or a phone. A database(180) includes contact, directory, and schedule management databases(182-186), and a program storing part(188). An output managing module(111) outputs the information stored in each database. A control module(101) controls interaction and a data flow of the modules, and enables the user to output the desired information according to each information type by storing contact, directory, and schedule information to each management database. |
