A steam half bath device is provided to enable a user to enjoy half body bath more easily by using steam of high temperature and using a small amount of water and to prevent a user from being burned. A steam half bath device includes a half bath bathtub(110), a chair(120) and a steam generating member(130). A door is installed on one side of the half bath bathtub. The half body bathtub has an inner space(a) in which the lower half body of a user is placed. The chair is installed on the inner space. The steam generating member includes a heating member(131) and a steam line for a half body bath(150). The heating member generates steam by heating the water that is supplied from a water drum. The steam line for half body bath supplies the steam from the heating member to the inner space.
