A small manual spray pump is provided to be easily mounted on a plate shaped container like a thin vinyl bag, to be manufactured to be thin and to have a small size as a whole and to reduce risk of disorder. A small manual spray pump includes a button, a housing, a closure, a shaft, a piston, a compression spring and a ball. A spray nozzle is formed on the button. A coupling extension portion is formed on the lower end of the button. A coupling guide portion to which the coupling extension portion of the button is coupled is formed on the upper end of the housing. The shaft is mounted to do a vertical motion along the inner surface of the housing, and is connected to the lower end of the button. The piston is mounted on the shaft to open or seal a horizontal path of the shaft that communicates with the inner space of the housing.
