An encoding method and a decoding apparatus of traffic information according to lane are provided to specifically search the shortest or optimal path to destination. A decoding apparatus of traffic information according to lane includes a source system(10). The source system acquires raw information on traffic condition according to lane. A probe car is included in the source system to monitor traffic movement, position information, weather, and so on. The source system also includes a beacon connected to the probe car, an RF station, and a closed circuit television(CCTV). Raw information on the traffic condition according to lane are stored in a dynamic message database(20).
