An apparatus for cleaning a water tank is provided to inject a cleaning water toward the bottom surface of the water tank or the inner wall of the water tank. An apparatus for cleaning a water tank includes a cleaning device(300). The cleaning device includes a manifold(360), a plurality of cleaning water distributing pipes(361,363,365), a handle(380), a direction adjusting member(390), and distribution nozzles(311,313,315). The manifold includes a cylindrical shape. The cleaning water distributing pipes are jointed to the manifold. The handle is welded to a pipe extended to the upper surface of the manifold. The direction adjusting member is supported in the vicinity of a position fixing member. The distribution nozzles are directly fixed to the cleaning water distributing pipes.
