A roller type massage device is provided to prevent unnecessary leakage of a low temperature refrigerant and to store the low temperature refrigerant stably, and to enable a user to charge the refrigerant more conveniently and safely. A roller type massage device includes: a handle(1); a roller mounting part(10) extended from the handle; a porous roller(20) having a penetration part formed inside; a roller support part for supporting the porous roller by being connected to one side the penetration part so as to seal more than a part of the penetration part, and connected to the roller mounting part; a refrigerant injection guide part having a refrigerant injection hole for insertion of a refrigerant injection pipe, and connected to the other side of the penetration part; and a refrigerant opening and closing part elastically supported in one direction of the penetration part for opening and closing the refrigerant injection hole.
