A hand strap for a Bluetooth wireless headset is provided to be combined with or detachably attached to an earphone of the Bluetooth wireless headset, and to connect with an electronic device, thereby realizing easy portability thanks to relatively small size. A main frame receives an earphone of a Bluetooth wireless headset. A connection ring(300) is installed on an upper end of the main frame, and is connected with an electronic device such as a mobile phone by a connection band. A cover(400) is elastically combined on both sides of the main frame, and fixes the earphone of the Bluetooth wireless headset. The connection ring is formed in two-stage circular bar shape having a wide upper end with a narrow lower end in order to be set in a connection ring setting hole of a cap member(240).
