A mobile vehicle navigation method and an apparatus thereof are provided to accurately and quickly park vehicles by guiding the vehicle to a parking position based on parking position information and a pseudo GPS signal. A first communication module(70) receives parking position information corresponding to vacant parking positions from a parking guiding system. A GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver(20) receives a pseudo GPS signal and generates position data for a vehicle navigator. A controller(40) matches the parking position information with the position data and generates parking guiding information. A display(30) displays a parking guiding map.
