A Bluetooth handsfree for executing automatic linking and an automatic linking method in a Bluetooth terminal are provided to enable a driver to use a mobile terminal conveniently by automatically executing linking through a Bluetooth module in case the mobile terminal fails in automatic linking after pairing with a Bluetooth handsfree. A Bluetooth handsfree executing automatic linking comprises a Bluetooth module(120), a pairing detection part(102), a timer(130), a link detection part(101), and a handsfree control part(100). The Bluetooth module executes short range communication according to a Bluetooth communication protocol. The pairing detection part detects whether a mobile terminal(150) is paired with the Bluetooth handsfree. The timer counts time according to the output of the pairing detection part, and outputs a control signal if a preset time comes. If the mobile terminal completes pairing, the link detection part detects whether the mobile terminal completes linking. The handsfree control part outputs a control signal according to the output of the timer and the output of the link detection part so that the Bluetooth module can execute linking with the mobile terminal.
