The device has and a head (16) equipped with a fixing unit for fixing to a drainage system i.e. drainage mast (14), in a removable manner. The head includes a conduit (18) whose end cooperates with an outlet orifice (12), and a block (20) with a flexible interface at a level of a wall in contact with the drainage mat. The flexible interface is presented under the form of flexible material part sandwiched between an inner wall of the block and the drainage mast. The wall has a profile adapting to an outer shape of the drainage system.
