THE COVER FOR PORTABLE TERMINAL EQUIPMENT AND IT'S MANUFACTURING METHOD

A cover in a portable terminal and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to implement the gentrification of design and goods with metallic texture and luster by compositely forming a base member having a metallic exterior plate and resinous hook parts. A cover in a portable terminal comprises a base member(30) and an exterior plate(10). The base member comprises a plurality of resinous hook parts so as to be separably connected to the portable terminal. A mounting part is concavely formed at the base member. The exterior plate, made of metal, is settled on the mounting part of the base member. The exterior plate is attached to the base member through bonding or assembly. A tinted coating layer is formed on the surface of the exterior plate is formed. On the exterior plate, a pattern(13) is formed by laser processing. A double-faced adhesive tape(50) is attached to the rear side of the exterior plate so that the exterior plate is settled to the base member.
