A swing structure and a multimedia device using the same are provided to enable a second member or a moving member to make a swing motion easily on the first member, or a fixed member, as external force is applied. A swing structure comprises the first member(10) and the second member(20). The second member makes a swing motion for the first member. As external force is applied to the second member, the second member makes a swing motion from its initial location. During the swing motion, the second member voluntarily moves according to the elastic force of an elastic guide unit. The elastic guide unit consists of springs(21) and a receiving member(12). Each of the springs has a middle protrusion part(21a). The receiving member is formed on the first member. As the middle protrusion parts of the springs are received to the receiving member, the second member's swing motion stops.
