The duct (1) has a parallelepiped housing including a base (5) that is laterally surmounted by parallel longitudinal edges (6). The housing has a front surface closed by covering with a cover (7) through a fixation unit (8) that is placed on an upper part of the edges. The housing receives a case e.g. electric meter, by exposing on the part of the edges. The unit fixes the cover below the part of the edges such that the cover is exposed with the edges and below the case, where the unit is in the form of a groove. A central wall (18) is fixed below the cover.
