A tank for holding a cryogenic liquid and a conduit assembly and a system for effecting flow control and pressure management of the cryogenic liquid held in the tank are provided to remarkably reduce heat loss by reducing the number of punching of the tank. A system for effecting flow control and pressure management of a cryogenic liquid held in a tank includes a filling and drawing pipe(10), a vent pipe(12), a third conduit(30), a pressure controller, a check valve(50), a fourth conduit, a fifth conduit(44), and a sixth conduit(46). The filling and drawing pipe is communicated with an inside of the tank at an adjacent portion of a bottom part of the tank. The vent pipe is communicated with the inside of the tank at an upper part of the tank. The third conduit is communicated with the filling and drawing pipe and the vent pipe and extended from an outside of the tank between the filling and drawing pipe and the vent pipe. The pressure controller includes a normally closed valve and is installed in the third conduit. The check valve is installed in the third conduit between the filling and drawing pipe and the pressure controller. The fourth conduit is connected to the third conduit between the vent pipe and the pressure controller and guides steam from the tank to a supply source. The fifth conduit is communicated with the filling and drawing pipe between the filling and drawing pipe and the check valve and introduces the cryogenic liquid to the tank from the supply source. The sixth conduit is connected to the third conduit between the filling and drawing pipe and the check valve and guides the cryogenic liquid to the target position.
