An incinerator for liquid type waste and incinerating apparatus using the same is provided to reduce the operating cost by using electricity as energy source. An incinerator for liquid type waste and incinerating apparatus using the same comprises a waste containing chamber(2), a combustion chamber(8) fixed to the waste containing chamber, a waste supply member, an air chamber(24) installed outside the waste containing chamber, an air supply chamber and a flue(30). The waste containing chamber is provided at an upper side and a lower side with a waste intake pipe(4) and a drain pipe(6), respectively. The combustion chamber is equipped with an electric heat rod(18). The waste supply member has a first end connected to the drain pipe and a second end communicating with the combustion chamber.
