The bulb has two opposite dual focus bistable LEDs (8) assembled in a glass block by filaments to form a single lighting focus LED, where the bulb is installed in series or parallel. The LEDs have indifferent colors and equivalent power raised in parallel. Male pins are provided at ends of the bulb and connected to power supply leads by female pins (6). The ends are surrounded by rubber that are injected by pressing to reinforce insulation and solidity of the ends. The bulb is replaced by cutting the rubber by using a cutter and a retractable resin sheath as substitution for injected rubber.
