The device has a cylindrical axial conduit (16), and a flexible radial membrane (19) whose annular part is adjacent to a central opening (21). The annular part is axially folded and placed between an interior surface of the conduit and an exterior surface of an interior ring (17) that is engaged in the conduit. An external ring (22) surrounds an end of the conduit, where the compression forces of the membrane between the conduit and the ring (17) and between flanges (18, 20) of the rings are such that the membrane is fixed on the conduit. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a sealing device for a roof of a building. |
