A ventilation apparatus is provided to be installed in a reactor so as to make metal catalyst and carbon source gas flowing in the reactor and to prevent thermal deformation of a sealing unit. A ventilation apparatus(25) comprises a blower fan(110), a motor(120), a shaft(130), a housing(140), a sealing unit(150) and cooling units(160,170,180). The blower fan is installed inside a reactor, and rotated to cause reacting gas to flow. The motor is installed outside the reactor. The shaft transfers rotational force of the motor to the blower fan to rotate. The housing is installed in the reactor, containing the blower fan, and has a through part(141) through which the shaft passes to be connected to the blower fan. The sealing unit is installed in a space between the through part and the shaft to prevent the reacting gas from leaking from the reactor into the space between the passing through part and the shaft. The cooling unit cools at least one of outside space of the shaft and the shaft so as to prevent heat inside the reactor from being transferred to the sealing unit. |
