An integrated water pump structure is provided to reduce the number of assembling processes and minimize the structure of a product by using an integral pulley, an integral housing, an impeller, an internal bearing, and an outer bearing. An impeller(300) is installed at one side of a rotational shaft(600) installed inside a pump housing(200). A pulley is installed at the other side of the rotational shaft. The pulley is coupled to a crank shaft by using a belt. The pump housing is made of aluminum. The pulley, the bracket, and the rotational shaft are integrated with each other to form an integral pulley(100) through a drawing scheme. An internal bearing(400) is mounted in the pump housing. An external bearing(500) is mounted in the integral pulley. |
