The wall (1) has two plates (2, 3) formed from a hydraulic mixture such as concrete, and positioned at a determined distance (4) from each other in order to define an interval (5) between the plates. A connection unit (6) connects the plates, and a receiving unit for receiving a wall connection unit with a hoisting device. A temporary installation unit i.e. cord, is associated to the receiving unit and assures setting of the connection unit at the level of the receiving unit, before connecting to the hoisting device.
