A parking control system is provided to execute effectively parking regulation by issuing a tow receipt at pick up using a print function of a camera unit. A parking control system includes a camera unit(1), a tow truck controller(31), and a regulation center(20). The camera unit, which is installed at regulation areas, photographs images of illegal parking vehicles using a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera(2), and transmits position information, time information, and illegal parking and stopping information to the regulation center and tow trucks(30) in driving through a network. When a tow truck is authenticated by the regulation center according to the request of the tow truck, the tow truck controller executes illegal parking regulation. The regulation center outputs a tow receipt based on the illegal parking information and approves the regulation operation of the tow truck. |
