A process material transfer unit of a foil printing device is provided to perform printing more accurately and smoothly by transferring process materials with intermittent feed. A process material transfer unit of a foil printing device comprises an impression roller(130), a lower roller(120) and feed rollers(140,150). A process material is unwound from a storage reel(100), passes through between the impression roller equipped with a die(131) and the lower roller corresponding to the impression roller, thereby performing printing or die cutting. The feed roller is provided with the die having the same circumferential speed as the impression roller and the lower roller.
