<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating document management system, a circulating document management method, and a circulating document management program, for understanding a reading situation for a circulating document and for efficiently reporting change descriptions to users in response to the reading situation. <P>SOLUTION: A circulation management server 20 connected to user terminals 10 is provided with a control part 21, a distribution destination data storage part 26, and the like. In the distribution destination data storage part 26, a distribution destination address of a document in relation to a document ID, a distribution destination address level and a reading completion flag associated with the address are recorded. The control part 21, when receiving update registration associated with circulation processing from the user terminal 10, determines whether or not it is for revision based on a change level included in registration information therefor, and when performing revision, issues a revision registration notice to an e-mail address of a user which is associated with the document ID and for which the reading completion flag is recorded as a "high" distribution destination level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
