<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent operation under such a state that power supply voltage to be actually input does not match set voltage on a compressor side in a multi-voltage type motor driving compressor constituted so as to be connected with various power supply voltage. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus includes a safety device 50 having a connection change-over switch 10 which makes rated voltage of a driving motor M variable by changing a connection of an armature coil of the driving motor M which drives a compressor body 2, has change-over positions assigned respectively for the changeable rated voltage (200 V, 400 V in an example illustrated) by the change of the connection and changes a combination of connections of the armature coils. This apparatus also makes the compressor unable to start by shutting off the output of an operation voltage to constituent equipment of the compressor, such as an electromagnetic valve 43, a fan motor 6, electromagnetic open/close devices 71 to 73 via open/close devices 52 (52a, 52b) when the detected power voltage does not match the change-over position selected by the connection change-over switch 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
