<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for exhibiting the image processing performance of an ASIC without vainness in any case of normal resolution or low resolution by using a CCD line sensor which is not equipped with any function for mixing and adding signal charge without increasing the data fetching speed of the ASIC. <P>SOLUTION: This image processor is provided with a CCD line sensor 21 for successively outputting a plurality of image signals to be acquired by reading an original by a normal pixel rate and a high pixel rate which is N times as high as the normal pixel rate; A/D 221 and 222 for operating the analog/digital conversion of each of the plurality of pixel signals into pixel data with normal resolution; an AVR 223 for synthesizing the pixel data with the normal resolution with one pixel data with low resolution for every N piece, and for outputting the synthesized pixel data with low resolution at the normal pixel rate; and an ASIC 17 for operating image processing to the pixel data with normal resolution and the pixel data with low resolution to acquire image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
