<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate and remove a film and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer from a base board surface, regardless of abrasion of a cutter. <P>SOLUTION: This cutter has a pair of side blade parts 32 arranged at a predetermined interval and forming a notch at the predetermined interval in the film and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer by moving along the base board surface, and a guide part 33 guiding the film and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer in an area sandwiched by a pair of notches in the direction separating from the base board surface in response to the movement of the side blade parts 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
