摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking of a combustion product material to an opening-closing valve arranged in a communicating passage for communicating the inside of a pressure accumulating vessel with an exhaust passage. <P>SOLUTION: This energy recovery device has an exhaust throttle valve 56 arranged in the exhaust passage 28 of an internal combustion engine 10, the communicating passage 62 communicating a part of the exhaust passage 28 on the upstream side of the exhaust throttle valve 56 with the pressure accumulating vessel 64, the opening-closing valve 66 arranged in the communicating passage 62, and a filter 72 arranged in a part of the communicating passage 62 on the exhaust passage 28 side more than the opening-closing valve 66. Pressure energy of the part of the exhaust passage 28 on the upstream side of the exhaust throttle valve 56, is enhanced by closing the exhaust throttle valve 56, and this pressure energy is recovered to a pressure accumulating tank 64. Fluid introduced to the communicating passage 62 when recovering the pressure energy, passes through the filter 72 before reaching the opening-closing valve 66. Thus, the combustion product material included in its fluid is prevented from reaching the opening-closing valve 66. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
