<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high-quality photosensitive laminate efficiently by adjusting positions at which a long photosensitive web is adhered to a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a photosensitive laminate comprises detecting positions at which a photosensitive resin layer 28 has been adhered to a glass substrate 24 with rubber rollers 80a and 80b, by means of adhesion position detecting sections 93a to 93c, so as to calculate deviation of these positions, correcting the positions at which half-cut parts 34 are formed with working sections 36a and 36b, according to the calculated amounts of deviation of the positions; shifting the long photosensitive webs 22a and 22b by specified amounts of shifts to check the correction of the positions of the half-cut sites 34 by means of worked part detecting section 47a and 47b; carrying the long photosensitive webs 22a and 22b with deviation of positions without adhesion to the glass substrate 24 and then adhering, to the glass substrate 24, the photosensitive resin layer 28 of the long photosensitive webs 22a and 22b with deviation of positions corrected in order to manufacture a photosensitive laminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
