PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipette core material used for a pipette capable of carrying out manually work for collecting one cell, one bacteria, a fine particle and other sample, in transfer or the like of the cell between dishes, a pipette using the pipette core material, and a pipette device equipped with the pipette. SOLUTION: In this pipette core material 7 used in the pipette 2, a volume of a flow passage is not changed in a capillary 80 side of an electroosmotic micropump 73, because a capillary 80 is fixed with respect to the electroosmotic micropump 73. The pipette core material uses also the electroosmotic micropump 73. A pulse flow of disturbing the manual work is not generated in the electroosmotic micropump 73. The work for collecting the sample in the transfer or the like of the cell between the dishes is carried out manually, when using the pipette 2 assembled with the pipette material 7 of an embodiment in the present invention.
