COATING SOLUTION, METHOD FOR FORMATION OF INORGANIC-ORGANIC HYBRID COATING FILM USING THE SOLUTION AND COATING FILM FORMED BY THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating solution which forms a ceramic coating film crystalizing at room temperature and having characteristics of ceramics such as refractory, anticorrosive and electro-insulative abilities on all the substances and further binding with a polymer material to generate an organic compound resulting in a marked improvement in heat resistance of the polymer material. SOLUTION: A solution which is composed mainly of an alcohol, forms a ceramic coating film being crystalized at room temperature is prepared by including in an alcohol at least one kind of alkoxide selected from among an alkoxide of a metal of group 4A in the periodic table, an alkoxide of a metal (except for carbon) of group 4B in the periodic table, an alkoxide of a metal of group 3A in the periodic table, an alkoxide of a metal of group 3B in the periodic table and partially hydrolyzed products of these substances and an alkaline compound of an alkaline metal and/or an alkaline compound of an alkaline earth metal.
