PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet body transfer device, a sheet body transfer method and a sheet body working system capable of transferring a sheet body and loading the sheet body on a loading unit with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: When loading sheet bundles 62a-62d transferred above a conveyor line 64 on the conveyor line 64, the sheet bundle 62a is positioned above the conveyor line 64 by a clamp member 88a, the holding state of the sheet bundle 62a by a sheet holding unit 202a is released, the sheet holding units 202a-202d are collectively moved in the direction of an arrow Y1, and a series of operations above the conveyor line 64 are repeated before all the sheet bundles 62a-62d are loaded on the conveyor line 64.
