PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking device capable of storing a picked article in a container without any mistake, and giving a correct instruction even when the size of an article collection box is changed. SOLUTION: An instruction lamp device 24 is arranged adjacent to a conveyor 4, and has a leg frame 24a constituted to be higher than a conveying face of the conveyor 4 and a horizontal frame 24b which holds the guide lamp L and extends substantially equal to a working zone. Since the horizontal frame 24b is mounted on the leg frame 24a in a vertically movable and horizontally movable manner with respect to a conveying face of the conveyor 4, the guide lamp L can be arranged above an opening part 52 of a container 51 and at the position close to the opening part 52 with respect to the depth and the transverse width of the container 51.
