PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accumulation equipment which prevents the large drop of a feeder voltage and the invalidation of the regeneration of a vehicle, detects a failure of a substation when the substation is failed, and feeds sufficient power. SOLUTION: In the accumulation equipment connected to a feeder system constituted of an accumulation device and a controller, the accumulation device is effectively utilized by changing an operation mode by using the feeder voltage and the charging rate of the accumulation device, and by changing target values of a charge start voltage, a discharge start voltage and the charging rate by using the feeder voltage, the charging rate of the accumulation device and the operation mode.
