PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an etched metal foil and its manufacturing method, which can be achieved efficiently on a mass-production scale. SOLUTION: A metal foil laminated body 1 for etching is characterized in that a resist layer 3a is formed on partial areas or the whole surface of a metal foil 2 by a resist liquid containing a polyester resin and an isocyanate hardening agent.
