PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot care pad which reduces burdens on a foot by being flexibly adapted even to various foot shapes and various shoe designs and is excellent in terms of design without damaging wonderful appearance as the foot care pad to be mounted near the arch of the foot in a shoe. SOLUTION: In the foot care pad, in order to support the sole of a human being from the vicinity of the rear end of a toe part through the part of the arch of the foot to the vicinity of the front end of a heel part and achieve an excellent wearing feeling, more flexible transparent elastomer is the material of the pad, then a flat surface is provided at the front part and center part of the pad, the rise of the center part of the pad corresponding to the vicinity of the arch of the foot is reduced and the periphery is gently inclined.
