PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and eliminate a noise signal showing a change similar to that of an objective biological signal. SOLUTION: A biological light measurement apparatus is provided which comprises a plurality of light irradiating means that irradiate a subject with light, a plurality of light receiving means that detect light irradiating the subject and propagated through the inside of the subject, and an arithmetic section that calculates blood kinetics of a plurality of elements inside of the subject using detection signals detected by the light receiving means. The arithmetic section has a separating operation section that separates a plurality of signals from the detection signals, a selection section that calculates correlation coefficients of the plurality of signals separated by the separating operation section and selects signals having correlation coefficients of or larger than a predetermined value as noise signals, and reconstructing operation section that reconstructs detection signals while eliminating the noise signals selected by the selection section.
