PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply constitute a wiring connection structure capable of conductably connecting a wire wired inside a head rest and a wire wired inside a seat back by insertion operation of a stay and allowing further insertion movement of the stay after connection. SOLUTION: The wiring connection structure is constituted, in which the head rest 3 is mounted height position-adjustably and removably to the seat back 2, and the wire 20A wired inside the seat back 2 and the wire 10A wired inside the head rest 3 are connected. On an inner cylinder of a retaining unit 30 integrally provided with a support 2S arranged on the seat back 2, a fixed side terminal contact 20B having a length corresponding to a height position adjustment range of the head rest 3 is formed on a surface part to which the stay 3S is inserted/fitted and slid. At an outer periphery position of the stay 3S, a sliding side terminal contact 10B capable of sliding/contacting in a length range of the fixed side terminal contact 20B is formed while resilient force is given toward the fixed side terminal contact 20B.
