PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein a transplanter necessarily becomes large-sized, because in the transplanter, equipped with an endless belt for conveying seed bulbs and a seat (step) for an operator who supplies seed bulbs, the conveying endless belt is separated from the seat (step), and the operator's fatigue is large and operation efficiency of the operator is lowered. SOLUTION: In the transplanter, an endless seed bulb feeder (2) for conveying seed bulbs to a transplanting apparatus (1), feeding the seed bulbs is supported by a supporting frame (4) providing a space part (3) passed through on the inside to constitute a revolving pathway äR}, and the revolving pathway äR} is constituted so as to be inclined state, when viewed from the side so that the upper pathway (R1) is separated from a seat (7) side and the lower pathway (R2) passes through a position close to the seat (7) side and a step (8), corresponding to the seat (7), is constituted so that the operator's feet placed on the seat (7) can be placed, at a position on the lower side that passes through the space part (3) on the inside of the circling pathway äR}.
