摘要 An ultrasonic sensor for measuring physical properties of a fruit is provided to improve ultrasonic focusing effect and ultrasonic transmission efficiency. An ultrasonic sensor for measuring physical properties of a fruit includes a casing(21), a connector(25), a piezoelectric element(23), a backing material(24), and a wear material(22). The connector is installed on the rear side of the casing. The piezoelectric element is circular in shape, is embedded in the casing, and is connected to the connector through a wire. The backing material is embedded in the rear side of the piezoelectric element and serves as a damper for restricting vibration of the piezoelectric element. The wear material is installed on the front side of the casing and is curved to match the surface of the fruit for increasing ultrasonic focusing effect and ultrasonic transmission efficiency simultaneously with minimizing ultrasonic leakage.
