The machine has a circular cylinder (1), which is curved along a partial circular arc, where a piston (2) is movably supported in a fluid, which mediates a movement. The lever is guided in a radial direction from the piston to the shaft through a gap, which is sealed and inserted in a wall of the circular cylinder in a movement direction of the piston.
