<p>A structure of a thin film silicon solar cell module and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the electrical loss and the conversion efficiency of a solar cell by using a micro channel plate. A transparent conduction layer is formed on a glass(ST12). An amorphous silicon is formed on the transparent conduction layer(ST13). An MCP2(Micro Channel Plate 2) is formed on the amorphous silicon(ST14). A polycrystalline silicon is formed on the MCP2(ST16). An MCP1 is formed on the polycrystalline silicon(ST19). The MCP1 is formed on an n-type layer of the polycrystalline silicon. The MCP1 and the MCP2 are connected in serial to each other. Electrons are generated in the n-type layer of the polycrystalline silicon and separated by a built-in potential. The separated electrons are moved to the MCP1 and the MCP2 to be amplified. A primary electron of the MCP1 is amplified through holes of the MCP1 and then transferred to the MCP2, thereby easily generating the amplified secondary electron.</p> |
