<p>An apparatus and a method for aligning a mask of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) are provided to fix a glass substrate holder attached with a camera and align a mask by moving and rotating a mask holder, thereby removing errors caused by movement of the camera. A glass substrate holder(170) supports an upper glass substrate(180). A mask holder(160) supports a mask(100) where an align mark(130) is formed. A camera(150) photographs the align mark and is attached to the glass substrate holder. The glass substrate holder is fixed. The mask holder is configured to move and rotate by being connected to a driving unit having three axes such as X, Y, and Z.</p> |
