摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of suppressing high resistance of a common electrode. <P>SOLUTION: In the radiation detector 1, since the crystal grain size of each of particles in a crystalline intermediate layer 30 is smaller than that of each of particles in a photoconductive layer 17, the degree of unevenness in a front 30a of the crystalline intermediate layer 30 is reduced in comparison with that in a front 17a of the photoconductive layer 17. Accordingly, the crystalline intermediate layer 30 is formed on the front 17a of the photoconductive layer 17 and a common electrode 18 is formed on the front 30a of the crystalline intermediate layer 30, thereby preventing the common electrode 18 from being discontinuously formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
