<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece laminating method with which entanglement of trash and so on between the workpieces is prevented, further the workpieces are highly precisely laminated to each other, and at the same time occurrence of air bubbles between the workpieces is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: A polarizing plate 4 is sequentially laminated to a glass plate 3 starting from the edge by holding the sheet shaped polarizing plate 4 on the holding face 54 of a curved chuck 16, subsequently bringing the edge of the polarizing plate 4 into contact with the glass plate 3, and moving the polarizing plate 4 on the glass plate 3 by rolling, while pressing the chuck 16 to the glass plate 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
