<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery which can be produced at an extremely low cost by using odd materials which cannot be used as a silicon wafer. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery 1 includes an n-type layer 2 where an n-type silicon material is pulverized and formed in layer, a p-type layer 3 where a p-type silicon material is pulverized and formed in layer, a boundary sheet body 4 arranged between the n-type layer 2 and the p-type layer 3, a wire net 5 of sheet shape arranged on the upper surface of the n-type layer 2, a separate sheet body 6 and a conductive layer 7 where pulverized bincho charcoal is formed in layer and arranged on the lower surface of the p-type layer 3, a conductive sheet body 8 consisting of a metal foil arranged on the lower surface of the conductive layer 7, and a cover body 9 covering the entire outer surface of respective laminated layers and respective sheet bodies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
